Actually lots of duelists dont go to senti and go to other roles instead, but the reason were seeing so many know is because of the chamber meta. The chamber meta had duelists not playing agressivley, staying in one place the manjority of the round, something very similar to sentinel. Most pure duelists
who didnt find much success on chamber that have switched off have gone to other roles (tenz to omen/flex, woot to flex)
