lot of washed cs pros like subroza, dephh etc still have good understanding of FPS
and they def will help newcomers like cryo, zekken, seven etc to improve quickly

its a win win for everyone

1. they get good money
2. young pros get good mentorship
3. less risk for orgs since they have prior fps exp

its prbly cause valorant gave everyone a second chance and also every region is treated equally unlike in CS
being harder has nothng to do with it imo

its all abt taking ur second chance and performing better

tenz never got a proper team in cs
and aspas was literally 16yo when he played cs ( 18 currently)
