I can only agree with you on the first thing. Duelists should lose mmr a little more than other agents. The difference should not be too much tho. Like if Sova loses 20mmr, the duelists should lose 25-30 and not more than that.

All the other points you made are just bad (no offence). Maybe its because I havent experienced these issues. In my elo (Gold 3) I've never seen someone stay afk just because they see that enemy has a good agent composition.
