bro no offence but have you watched these anime?? or at least looked at the tags? also an isekai isnt fantasy its literally means "another world" meaning the mc goes to a different world, not just fantasy

The genius Prince has only an implied romance between the fmc and mc (no isekai, no harem)
engage kiss features 2 women but he only dates one of them (no isekai, not harem)

ik people dont like the other seasons but besides the stupidity of the other heroes, everything else I found really enjoyable and season 1 was so good. and people really hate when they go to other world thats like japan but imo it was actually pretty good ;-;
eis is the anime that really got me back into anime (I like stopped watching them for 2 years)
It was also the anime that got me start reading manga and LN, I just love everything about it, I found no arc boring or with a flaw.

okay, what you need to focus most on is your mechanics
also I wouldnt flex onto different agents with this low hours, I personally think its better to stick to 1-3 characters (or you can stick to 1 character on 1 map) until you get a good grasp of the game and can shoot properly. At gold, mechanics are really important, if you can work towards a 0.95 kd at least then I would expect a rank up.
Dont overcomplicate it, dont feel a need to rank up and put pressure on yourself, as long as you improve you will rank up
