LOL downvote me please JasonL supporters!

You probably should support Liquid because there's a chance that whatever position they get will determine how many circuit points FPX get (they haven't yet decided how it will work but thats the easiest solution I can see, albeit not the most fair one)

Edit: Now that I think about it, this theory doesn't make a lot of sense, since it would mean that Liquid are technically motivated to play bad, since them winning the whole event, for example, would mean that FPX would become a near lock-in for champs, overall decreasing their own chances of making that event. (I know they would probably still play seriously, but there'd be a clear conflict of interests)

Dont worry she'll be back in like a few weeks

I'm guessing either no t1 org wants him, or riot doesn't one any team to sign him (probably a bit of both). I do feel bad for sentinels as an org bc hes still signed to them and idk how much he's earning rn

I know but Sick could play any role he wants to a good level I'm sure

yeah I was just trolling at that point cuz i'd love to see sick at v1

Just stick to the five for now and get a good coaching structure (coach + analyst if needed), and scrim more. The problems that they have right now won't be magically solved by replacing zombs with a player thats somewhat better at aiming. If that doesn't work then disband and sell SicK to V1 imo

He can realistically play chamber on all maps and play jett on ascent if they need to. could also just put him on sage however like he used to do with tsm before. He could play a similar role to Mixwell in G2. They could be fucked if Chamber ever gets nerfed to oblivion because he's not that good as an aggressive jett

posted about 2 years ago

it's pretty varied but some teams just play the defensive side too god and just catch a snow ball effect. You should know as a 100T fan KEK

posted about 2 years ago

I'd normally blame ascent for being too defensive sided but you should be able to get 2 rounds with ult coordination, economic damage, etc. They kinda threw

It really depends on the game, for Valorant for example, I'd say at least in the high hundreds/thousands, since every game is so long in comparison to more casual games

Sentinels and NA in general played in the first half of 2021. It was really good, some european teams like G2 or FNC tried to use after Iceland it but it didn't stick. Then Skye came out and it slowly faded out of the meta. I guess they use it because they feel comfortable on those roles and they've built their playstile around it

Meddo is so much better than suyetsu , suyetsu only played good in grand finals instead of meddo playing so fucking good all the fucking matches except the final, so what¿

I agree but it's hard to go back now. Sadge for FPX

This clip was from the c9 vs the guard watch party, just two days ago. They're probably going to do these changes now in scrims.

As the guy above said, is hard IGLing when every map you have new agents, new strats, new set plays and new things to worry about.

My point is that this is going to be the case for valorant for the future. I dont think you will be able to run the same strats comps and set plays every game. Of course IGLing isn't going to be easy, but that's the case for every other major team aswell, yet it's Liquid who have been suffering precisely because their players aren't dedicated IGLs

posted about 2 years ago

He could, but it seems kind of a waste to put him on chamber just to not use the best part of his kit (the ult) to it's fullest potential

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah but almost every top european team asides from FNATIC has been flexing roles, G2, FPX, M3C, Guild... Even in NA with OpTic. I don't think that's what's separating them from other tier 1 teams

ScreaM chamber seems so weird. He left the Jett role because he wasn't comfortable OPing only to put him back on an OPing role that is even less aggressive (the part that he's actually good on)

posted about 2 years ago

their main problem is and almost always has been IGLing

ec1s also had fragging power issues if you ask me. Tbh the main difference between the 100T roster changes and the ACE ones were that 100T hadn't won champs just a few months ago and they weren't going through the personal issues mentioned... I still haven't seen a clear vision for the future from Acends part either tbh, but they got some time to now to make the pieces fit so we'll see I guess

this roster had just won the biggest tournament of valorant's existence so far. Then they hit a rough patch of personal issues. The BONECOLD benching, despite how weird it was, was explained to be a players/coaching decision so it makes it understandable. I just hope it's the same case for Kiles. Just imagine what would the communities reaction be if this was a team like 100T doing these roster changes after failing to qualify to the first playoffs. Oh wait, we don't have to imagine...

posted about 2 years ago

Really strange how much time the roster was given in 2021 and how little confidence they are getting in 2022 after just being world champions. I just hope it's a players decision and not something that's coming from the organization

baddyG is really good but he's probably going to stick with FPX until iceland is over at the very least unless they can get all 5 players on iceland.

Trent Alexander Arnold is one of the most overrated players right now. He only shines because he plays in Klopp's system which allows him to play offensively so nobody can see his obvious defensive weaknesses. Also, he only gets so many assists because he has players like Salah and Mane playing up front. Reece James and Kyle Walker are way better in my book.

Holy fuck, Team Snakes flair when?

They have been banning Breeze all year, but they now have banned Fracture twice in a row against Guard. Was it because of the c9 game? Maybe they just think Guard's fracture is that much better? Saving strats copium?
