Imo that's an agressive way to reply to ur former teammate.. And he may in fact have some good ideas to fix sen problems.. Maybe he didn't get the chance to say those ideas.. Or maybe he said them and no one listened to him..
I don't think that zombs was benched because of not being motivated enough.. It's obviously he was being benched after the amount of hate he was receiving constantly for his low stats..

Being benched or dropped which is mean losing your job.. as a sacrifice to save the org image.. Same thing happened to zombs for example.. But shaz always talk like he own sentinels and doesn't give a fuck aboout other opinions
At this point shaz may buy vlr.gg and shut the site just to stop u guys from criticize him

Jett can play off angles.. Dash and escape.. Op as well
Raze can do the same things but it's more difficult + can also have combo with different agent
Chamber can do the same easily and much better with his slow
In attack :
Jett can dash into a site
Raze can satchel into a site + Can also clear angles with her nade + an extra boombot
Ultimate
Jett knives can win u eco rounds
Raze ult can do a lot more
Conclusion : with chamber on your team it's much better having raze than jett.. But u need someone who can play her very well
But it depend also on the maps
Imagine having someone like wardell on chamber.. And bunny the crazy korean raze on ur team.. It's much better than having yay or tenz or cned with jett only.. And ask them to do everything.. And waste a lot utility to support them
