they're actually the only world class team at the tournament

All the others have their fair share of glaring issues

Sen can only play a couple of maps to a high level for example.

But understandable at the start of the year

Breeze (should be easy)
Bind (Gen.G is 2-0 + have tape on Sen)
Ascent (Gen.G is a straight up better default Ascent comp team)

Would be nice to have another 5 map banger ending on Icebox to start the year tho

Lotus/Bind yes one of them gets banned + they're favored on the one that remains.
Split yes they still can show up on the day and put on a masterclass but still favor Gen.G
Icebox yes since Gen.G runs a suboptimal comp
Ascent yes but still favor Gen.G
Breeze probably not

They have a shot at 4/5 maps so it's definitely not as one-sided as it's made out to be.

If they somehow win Breeze it's gonna be a 3-0 for Sentinels since that will mental boom Gen.G
