Edit: following up on this, I heard rumors (I have no idea how true they are if even) that they were getting rid of effys? Or at least trialing some coaches, maybe had something to do with the lack of innovation

They just played hella matches, I didn't expect them to lose in 2:0 fashion but when you just come out of 2 tourneys with no crazy big patches or meta changes your whole playbook is there to see, it's not like the teams they were playing against weren't doing some anti-strat. WAIT! This is genuis no? Literally pulling a EG 2023 by having 2 rosters of potential subs but also running scrims against eachother to replicate other teams starts to anti strat will be such a big help. I really hope to see an NA organization follow suit (ERM 100T COPE). No need to for a label change to merge the rosters and orgs (MxS) and allowing the use of facilities and staff but salaries management are being covered by each organization separately. (If I'm undertanding this all correctly).

100T will suprise and be a top 3 possibly top 2 contender. For less than 2 weeks practice I think each player looks better on their role individually.
For like 2-3 weeks prac after coming back from the winter break with the addition of boostio they showed up for sure. People not realizing OXG and C9 been together and praccing for ages.
Hot take but, I think the team will do miles better than last year, I think Boostio and Zikz is a good mix especially with Mikes (Mikes himself stating last year that their attack side was horrible, having Zikz and Boostio will help them, kinda back to the Sgares Mikes era). Eeiu is better than Derrek although Derrek is great he was more of a one trick and having someone as flexible as Eeiu will greatly help them, new map changes, new stuff in and out of rotation as well as new agent(s) won't stop him from being comfortable like we seen with Derrek. Although I think we can all admit that Boostio is a newer IGL and isn't seasoned enough to gurantee an immediate fix within the team, he has a great resume and I'm expecting big things from him.
When it comes to the others on the roster, I think bang is still a top controller he really shined last year especially in clutch rate, not to mention can play every controller very well. Cryo is a top 5 Jett, possible top 3 this season with the right coaching. Everyone loves to hate on Asuna but people forget that he was in everybodys top 10 if not 5 when he was on duelist and even coming into the flex position showed great potential, people rag on him for bringing down the team and I see that in his game play for sure, but I'm expecting him to be more comfortable this season and a more refined flex, he's mechanically gifted, I think he needs the right leader to show that again (previously steel). I'm hoping boostio can put these pieces together in game.
TLDR; Top 4-5 (possible chance for a top 3 or even Madrid but this is if everything goes their way and other powerhouses stumble)

No nade never said that, nade was saying on his stream they've only been scrimming for 2 weeks. Nature is confirmed stand in and its a very public and nearly confirmed rumor that they want Boostio but can't get him because EG is a horrid org. It's not a mickey mouse. Let me huff my cope though.
I think its just being passive at the wrong times, and confident randomly, at so many points in their games they were just dry peeking. On lotus against DRX Asuna just peeked without his gun out costing them a rifle and possibly the round if eeiu and bang didn't play it correctly. I'm hoping the double coach plus some more off season time (maybe tourneys) will lead to the most reformed version of the squad. All the players are very talented but not playing as a cohesive unit just yet.
I would've liked to see them beat DRX or at least bring it to a third map but it just sucks that they lose momentum and just can't bring it back.
Roster on paper is solid for sure but nobody's on their A game.
Chalking it up to mickey mouse tourney + not the igl they want + a couple weeks of scrims (which I think is cap but it's according to Nadeshot so)
EG keeping boostio in contract jail, also Zicks and Mikes is a good coaching duo imo

Tru Im pretty sure mce was complimenting how good they are in scrims (same with FNS) but something isn't carrying over to LAN

I think stellar and Mike's are both really good, but I think they're lagging behind the metas too much idk though these comps have to be working in scrims for them ti think they're viable so maybe there's some smaller issues once they get in matches, nerves or whatever
Although it would've been nice for them to beat loud I don't think anybody expected it
