I feel like a big difference in international groups is just who chokes and who levels up because they are actual LAN players.
I think will and stellar are clearly the two weaknesses. Neither have proven themselves at the T1 lvl and both have pretty fucking tough competition in their roles especially Will. I have faith that Stellar can frag at the T1 lvl to a decent extent but as a Jett your rly have to be insane unless your teams strategy is best in the world or close.
sorry bro but there are actually people who do suffer long term effects even after COVID is technically out of their system. Doesn't happen to most people but it def can
Bro DRX is not a good international team and they stomp zeta every time. there has been a clear gap between japan and the rest of the world every tournament except maybe back with brazil when the game first came out.
bro if his style of play was never suited to the game then that means he was washed. Players have to adapt and gain new mechanics that are known to be better and he didn't which is why he fell off and became washed. I don't think he's washed yet in Valorant tbh but obv the competition has definitely caught up from when he was clearly one of the best aimers in the world
I don't get this take. TBH 99% of broadcast talent in Iceland is from EMEA or NA and both always make little comments or remarks about how they want their favorite team or region to win. It's kind of inevitable but if you rly don't like it just watch co streams tbh their better even if you don't mind the commentators bc it just adds to the experience imo
TBH i feel like they were pretty obviously kinda joking and meming the entire segment if you watched it. That's kinda half their podcast is just humor
hard agree, he said the question he asked was "how much impact these players get for their team?" but didn't take into account the fact that their competition is sooo much easier. If Loud doesn't do well in semis or make finals then his entire top 20 is completely boomed.
IDK it rly depends. Rumor has it that playing support is rly hard bc there's one less tank to help protect from flankers. Many ppl think that no one will want to play support which will create the same problem from OW where no one played tank.
Asuna's stream has been completely flex roles ever since the ddk/sean gares announcement and he's even made comments about how he's just gonna be practicing flex. With that said who is gonna be the new jett bc I don't think it's gonna be wardell because his price is just gonna be way more than what he's worth and he already didn't want to move yet 100T generally bootcamps in TX too.
I feel like stewie probably isn't gonna leave EG anytime soon beings that he just joined them like 2-3 months ago. Obv maybe things are rly bad behind the scenes and things may not seem fixable so he may leave but I feel as though he will give it more time
He's really off the LOUD copium tbh
When I say it makes the event better I just mean it will be more competitive
I think it's gonna be a banger tbh ngl. It sucks that M3C and FPX couldn't make it but honestly it probably makes the event better bc they are the only teams in the world that seem to perform godly every fucking time they play its ridiculous. I still feel like EU is pretty strong with who they sent, NA looks pretty strong, LOUD is the best team to ever come from Brazil by a mile and all of Asia has improved greatly. Gonna be lit asf
ya but he also said that MikesHD, who is 100T assistant coach likes him just as much.
I mean they can still prac and probably will be practicing during Reykjavik
bro with FNC setting up Tenz and Derke. Legit unstoppable duo would add up to 100 kills every match minimum
wdym it's not cheating. Stream sniping is considered cheating in every multiplayer game ever
bro we get it u rly like FPX u dont have to comment passive aggressive shit under every post that just acknowledge how unfair and shit the situation is. There's no way they are gonna have a LAN event and then put teams over anything less than 10 ping. Situation sucks but it is what it is
look at his name bro he's just baiting ppl
lmao you don't know he's biased, he has a mf SEN flair. Ur assuming he doesn't know what he's talking about. Plenty of teams released how much they practiced and scrimmed last yr so its def reasonable to think that playing valorant at the highest possible level for over 40 hrs a week can be pretty taxing and deserves some recognition. No need to hate on an otherwise very positive and wholesome post, spread some mf positivity bro
6 month old thread popping up in my recents, like wtf u digging back here for bro
bro steel is losing to unsigned teams in t2-3 tournies when he has better players on his team mechanically. Kinda screams that the tactics are worse
In the announcement video they also said they were working with MikesHD. Who is the most criminally underrated coach in the market rn imo. With this stacked of a staff if they all are on the same page I don't see how 100T doesn't make leaps and bounds forward.
idk theoretically he has better util bc they have chamber but this guy would legit hard carry which is why they got 2nd at berlin. W/o his jett performances hard carrying them i dont think they make it that far which is why they havent since.
pretty true. Sick and Tenz carried them thru a few rounds
I mostly just watch NA and the bangers of EU games so I can't speak for Eu or the rest of the world but at least in NA the tier 2 scene from just a few months ago has drastically improved which is why there are so many upsets RN. I don't think these tier 1 teams are playing worse than they were b4 it's just that the competition is much better with much better strats. Makes me super excited for the future talent level of NA valorant and how perfected the game can get.
this has got to be the best vlr comment I have ever read. Your mother should be very proud
I feel like if both teams are as clinical and well prepped as V1 has been and as OPTC showed this week then I honestly feel like it might just come down to Penny and Yay. I feel like both look strategically very strong and I cant pick which one is better.
and it was thats y they almost came back lmao
fr they better not pick him up when he brought practically nothing to champs
agree the rest of the scene has developed rly good strats and protocols while they basically play the same. If they werent as stacked as they are they would def be a tier 2 or 3 team. Even now I'd say they are tier 1.5 cuz V1, C9, and OPTC all look a lvl ahead of them
Lets hear them, I'm expecting tier 1 analysis.
