it looks like they always mess up early round and give the other team an advantage, but then 1 player (usually brave/izzy) saves and gets a multikill
i have a crappy bp skin on phantom but i have prime vandal, so vandal all day
russ was only put on jett on bbl because cned left and there was a slot to fill. he slotted in very well, but has a very flexible agent pool. izzy is like a jett only

the thing about those other players are that they show up when they need to, they have the skill. they also are very coordinated with their utility and strategies. potter doesnt do any of it, and at the same time has 13 acs
