it's more difficult for EU, because in NA we can easily see what is T2 because there are tourneys like Knights and NSG. In EU, there's a couple every once in a while, but they are like invite or only a certain country.

tier 2 definitely, i personally would say that they are top tier 2, but they are pretty inconsistent
