the reason i asked him to do this btw is because a resolution setting may have been bugged. a very useful thing this guy said was "different accounts worked but not my main". this would only happen due to a profile based setting, and since video settings are locally stored, the profiles folder would be the fix. when you delete the profiles folder, the game will automatically create a new one. glad it worked for you.
