yeah there was really strict lockdowns but now the government seems to not be bothered and restrictions are light
idk what media you are watching but its quite the opposite, and its the reason we are having like 80,000 cases a day
in australia its free unless u need it for travelling purpose which then yes it is quite expensive at 150 aud (109usd)
