Try playing only agents you're comfortable with. Do not fucking fill wherever necessary as it will only fuck your own gameplay and not others. I usually play initiators or sentinels as I know we'll have two bottomfragging dogfarts who will instalock either reyna or jett. Just try and play your own game and hit your shots. Never be anxious or be worried about whiffing and even if you do whiff, try to come back from it as soon as you can or you'll fuck the game up. A bit of warmup before ranked goes a long way
