Most teams give vauge reasons for roster moves instead of scathing remarks and negative content spotlighting about someone they're dropping.

It's not about whether they believed roster moves were needed, since i agree with that (and think they should've gone further) but they don't need to justify their roster moves by attempting to slander their move in both org content and FNS' own words as someone with poor work ethic and lacking team/comms participation despite evidence of these being untrue on both his prior and now also in following teams.

Just call it a synergy issue. Other orgs have given even less justification than that for other moves.
