Mr. Stendo, of course we wouldn't want the Japanese scene to die. Why are you even taking seriously those takes, which probably came from some kids who cannot see past the surface?

And you need to take an English pill, maybe it'll improve your English skills, because my eyes are bleeding.

Indeed, your pride is ShahZam. He's your indian pro, Shahzeb Khan. He is making the indian region proud. Also Tenz, who's vietnamese descendant, they're making Asia proud.

There's also an european streamer who's determined to climb the ranks on NA servers, playing with 170 ping. He streams it on twitch, Charla7an.

No big deal.

Brazil could have closed out Icebox at 13 - 11, they were just too eager to finish it.

People have taken my message in the wrong way (which is up to them), like I was butthurt and other things, but in fact, I am not. I was just trying to say that some pros have even become downright toxic, setting a bad example for those around them (if you have followed the CS scene, steel has a history full of it). After a complete stomp like 100T vs Havan Liberty, have you seen something acceptable on this forum about the Brazilians? All the underage kids came to the site and started being really toxic against them, which is not nice.

In my younger years, while competing, I wasn't a saint, I was borderline toxic... after some years have passed, I came to see how that affected everything around me, and it's not nice. And usually is masked as banter, but that's not "friendly banter".

And what I was really trying to convey here is that people are taking it to extreme, especially the fans.

And no, it doesn't deserve a ban or such.

posted about 2 years ago

I competed profesionally in CS 1.6, 2008 - 2011. And you know how toxicity was compensated? With bans, dear friend.

posted about 2 years ago

I couldn't care less who's winning, 100T or Havan Liberty (let the best win). But 100T attitude is the worst. How disrespectful and toxic they are towards their opponents... and still, they're the ones waiting to receive respect, which should be earned. When people called out how toxic Steel is in ranked and usually, many came in his defense, that he changed, bettered himself. Can you tell me how? He's still the same immature kiddo that he was back then.

It doesn't matter that you crush the enemy team completely or you lose, you should care more about the team's integrity and any team deserve equal respect, no matter the region they're from.

I cannot wait to see how they will measure up against Gambit. I hope they will get crushed. But anyways, they won't make it past fifth place.

And do not come saying that it's banter. Sadly, we live in a world where if we say something really nasty or really provoke people and we get backlash, we hurry to tweet that it's just banter or a joke, give me a break.

EDIT: I was talking particularly about steel, if you know his history, he's full of toxicity. Anyways, believe what you want.

That's a clickbait used by Dexerto unprofessionally. Anyone who watched the whole conference would already know that the question was something like this: What's your opinion about NA players, at which his response was that they're cocky; not directing it directly against Sentinels.

Have you read any of the comments from his posts? If you did, why are you making a post about him? He was called out many times. Everyone knows he's a clout chaser and what he's doing is wrong on many levels. There's no place for racism/ cyber bullying or such an idiotic behavior neither online, nor in real life.

He's worse than trash.

The almighty vlr article, the overhyped new player and their coach and guess what? Everyone knew that their choice with bang wasn't good enough or shouldn't have happened, in the first place. Then they went the unorthodox way, wanting to prove everyone how sick would be to a sign a fifth young duelist, who will bring fresh air to the team... Indeed, the results were amazing, and that's why they're releasing him from the roster. Drone was their biggest mistake, in his best form, he's above the rest of them.

Talking about only prize pools. NO, certainly not. Just how many Valorant tournaments are in EMEA in comparison to CSGO?

posted about 2 years ago

You all know what's the most funniest thing? NA going and laughing about EMEA seeding matches, when in reality NA trolled all of their seeding matches, getting the knives out and running with them. After and before matches, they even tweeted that seeding matches are pointless for them. Kinda hypocrit people are they, right?

At least ACEND didn't lose to noname orgs like your Sentinels (against BBG, Andbox)

In all seriousness, sometimes losing is a good thing, it helps you grow and see things differently, while when you're only winning, you get too cocky and cannot see things clearly.

We will see the final results in Berlin. If Acend/ Super Massive Blaze/ Gambit will choke there, then yes, you can say that they suck. Until then, just kindly shut your mouth.

100T uses the same executes almost in every match.

If you spot Steel on A, you know 100% that they're trying to hit B. Or if they go B on Icebox, you literally know that Steel would lurk mid/kitchen... always the same thing, over and over again. If that's not predictable, then I don't know what it is...

So, what are we talking about?

posted about 2 years ago

What are you talking about? 100T, ENVY?

100T is literally predictable. Even ShahZam said so, if you learn their playstyle, it's way too easy to read them.

Glycoroldas,

What are you talking about? Just look at the CS GO scene, one of the most consistent players of all time is f0rest. And even now, he's performing at top level, and how old is he? Can you guess? Even NEO (from cs 1.6), who doesn't live up to his name anymore in the CS GO scene (even tho, he was one of the best players in the beginning of CS GO), but even now, he can easily outaim and outsmart the actual Valorant pros.

Regarding age and players, yes, age is a factor, but individual skill is another thing.

Indeed, Jamppi had a poor performance. Do not forget, it's a team play, all of them missed important shots and made silly mistakes.

Only SEN, SEN, what about your NV? There's literally no chance for them to win against Acend, right? That's why you brought up SEN to save your region? We will see.

Someone help him to move out from his momma basement and tell him there's a world outside.

What they're doing is beyond wrong, they are putting him on a pedestal. He's not a god, just a player who's playing better than the average pro player. Just wait until the VALORANT scene develops in a few years, you'll have more players like him.

You're talking like TenZ is always on the top of the scoreboard, also he whiffs way more with the OP than cNed himself, so what are we talking about, delusional SEN fan? They're human, too.

And I am well aware of what you said.

He said Europe.

Russia is a country that is both in Europe and in Asia. The border is the Ural Mountains and Ural River. By geography, about twenty-five percent of the surface is in Europe, and seventy-five percent is in Asia. By population, about 110 million of the 144 million people, or 77%, live in the European part.

Well, they did exactly that when they were streaming EU qualifier matches on the main VALORANT Channel, then abruptly switched to the NA qualifier matches. (happened during Masters 1/ 2)

It's really not okay from them to say that. But who's fault is it? Can you tell me?

Why go around provoking and making fun of people/ situation, then stating that it was just some banter or joke, hiding behind those phrases if the situation doesn't go your way... After that, posing as a victim, making threads like this. It doesn't matter where you are from: EU, NA, etc; you should not forget that people usually do not have the same sense of humour. What you consider funny; maybe your friend doesn't see it like that. And if you make fun of someone online, do not mask it under the words just joking.

I don't know where he got the name Zekken from, but I can tell you this, the version with 1k, zekeN, of the nickname has been used by many good players, especially in the CS 1.6 late days. A search on youtube will be enough.

I know what the word "meta" means, but I didn't wanted to go deeper, because it'll be a more complex subject to talk about.

People go around talking about this or that meta, but in reality there's not a definitive one other than playing the game as smart as possible. Why? Because the game is constantly evolving. Yes, there are certain "buy metas" on eco rounds, or how some agent utilities are used on specific rounds, etc. But you just really have to asses each and every round as it comes and adapt accordingly.

Regarding what you said about Brim, I strongly disagree, but that doesn't mean that my argument or yours are better, true or false. Both agents can be equally S-tier, it just depends on the person who plays it. If a team is weaker than the other, or a player is more skillful on Sage than the enemy Jett... It doesn't matter which team have the stronger agents, if their players are weak/ aren't experienced. The outcome will be as clear as the day.

In my opinion, Brimstone is way stronger than both Astra or Omen on Bind. His molly and ultimate are literally S tier, and his smokes are more than good enough. Brim Stim Beacon may be useless, but his other abilities have high impact on Bind. Omen flash may get you a kill, but usually it doesn't. It is really hard to use it properly on the attacker(s) side. It may delay the opponents, but it won't last longer than the Brim's molly, which lasts around 8 seconds. Omen smokes are literally weaker. Astra is good, also. But Brimstone is much more a teamplayer, while Omen is good for some little selfish plays which may or not win you something. Regarding Astra, it takes much more time, sitting in astral form, to place stars here and there.

And what I was on about the meta, regarding the agents, NA started to play Viper/ Skye and other agents forcefully, just because "it's the meta", right? Then the chance to play against someone who wanted to really play it are slim.

Europe can be way stronger than you can imagine.

As for me, it doesn't matter who wins Berlin, I just want to watch some good matches.

posted about 2 years ago

You're giving the worst example ever. Anyone knew that Liquid didn't deserve to qualify (but I do not want to take away / shame their run), they were lacking in many things, especially playing like a pug team, without an IGL.

I was talking about the meta (agent-wise), which you implied that NA is far ahead, and you come with a response on a completely different matter? Like defaulting? In the above message what I said was strictly about the the agents used, not about defaulting and other strategies.

EDIT: I was talking strictly about agents.
