Paris 1 is good, but quiet, you just need to get people talking and they are fine
in NA all the players playing in high level are the same, they speak the same language, they are from the same country, they have the same standards. According to that if you start to be toxic in NA, you are getting called out and it is no good for you, so people keep the hate to themselves there.
EU is much more diverse, because of the difference between countries and languages, it is not that personal as NA is in my oppinion, so people don't really watch their language what they say to others...
Clearly the creator of this thread didn't think about this, so is just spreading hate even more. If you noticed EU is more toxic, there is no need to spread that to the whole community, because noone cares about your oppinion. Everyone should have their own picture on the situation.
