I think its because theres so many different languages that need to be spoken during map select, that they need so many interpreters that it just isnt a good viewing experience

At madrid there was an interview with Autumn, where the IGL would comm in mandarin, then translate everything for Autumn. Broski is learning mandarin, so sometimes the igl wont need to translate.
I'm not sure how it has progressed since then, but thats what going on.
