Make a queue for no commers and toxic players, to make sure commers are in a game riot can:
A. Implement a certain amt of words per round
B. Have players rate their teammates based off coms
Make mmr better (i was s3 while righting this) One game I do well with golds and the next I play with bronzes.
Make bans longer for toxic people
How else can riot improve comp?
