I have a plan to fix all my insecurities but height. I'm 16 and 5'6. shortest amongst my friend group. I have been feeling super anxious lately. I don't feel confident when I meet new people. My parents aren't that tall either. I'm trying my best to do what I can like exercise, maximising protein intake, hanging etc. I like to hope I will grow, atleast till 5'9 but idk this has been impacting my mental health a lot. I don't have anyone IRL who I can talk to about this so I'm writing here.
