Who's version1's 5th?
it seems to me that the casters only root for teams with loyal fanbases and teams that are from "minor" regions. I don't even see the NA caster rooting for OpTic. at least the EMEA casters root for EMEA at times but no love NA teams. I understand rooting for the "underdog" is a great way build hype and helps the storyline but i don't think teams like prx and drx are considered underdogs anymore.
wasn't there an invitational with pros from different games? dk if it was the first or not.

this all happened because for some reason the 2nd seed of LATAM/BRAZIL determines which 1st seed starts off in the playoffs lol. should've made LOUD and LEV face off for playoff spot

but it doesn't work like that. stage 1 playoffs, V1 (1st seed) lost to LG (4th seed). even in the current format, NRG (4th seed) made it to top 4 this time. if first seed doesn't get some sort of a bye, seeding wouldn't even matter because even 4th seed teams are good teams with upset potential. It sucks starting in lowers, but this format gives more meaning to seeding.
The save the kid shit was mostly kay, jarvis, and their friends who FaZe kicked out. also Banks is a shit owner imo who gives FaZe a bad rep.
but that would mean the top seed would have no advantage. OpTic would be facing NRG first round.
