if you choose the peace route on mumbai servers, and probably shut up when the other party is being toxic, things seem to go smoothly. They have a special hatred for instalockers( previously it was just instalock duelists, now it's instalock duelists + initiators+ chamber). I have almost always tried to be peaceful, and things seem to work. Some people are perpetually braindead and/or don't have speakers who will do the most stupid plays even after you advise them not to.

overall it's a normal experience unless you kick the hornet's nest, if you do...they will insult your whole fucking ancestry just to spite you...but genrally the bm is just verbal, I haven't seen that many in game griefers, but that may just be my own experience.

they can do it like LATAM, have apac north and apac south or better, apac east and apac west and then have an all out lan competition at a random country that calls the best teams from both regions.

Valorant is a cpu heavy game rather than a gpu heavy one so, I suggest you upgrade it...getting a better clock speed does help. But most importantly...get a better network connection.

nah...we don't have to pay rent to live in their heads, doesn't mean we won't ask them to pay to live in ours.

I disagree with you, people support a team for both personality and results, case in point Version1 and Fnatic. Version1 is down right now but they are still respected and down get even 1% of the hate that Sen gets because they love the game and are genuinely trying to improve rather than make excuses and fight against fans. Fnatic, one of, if not the, most consistent teams in EU but they haven't yet won a major tournament but you see improvement in their results from time to time and fans are still loyal to them.

So whats my point...people support a team for both personality AND results. If they see merit in personality they can forgive some bad results. But if you support a team just for results, then it's not supporting a team it's just jumping on the hype train, but on the flipside if you support a team for their personality alone and forgo their results then you just support the players themselves and no the team as a whole and may be even called a stan.
People used to support sen for both their personality and results, but when their results started to fall of, people still forgave them and had hope...but when it became consistent and the players started berating the fans, then it got out-of-hand

Dapr pops of occasionally and then when he is clearly winning the game, he resorts to trolling rather than keep up the consistency. SicK is arguably the best player on the team( yes hot take), don't look at stats, he has carried his team through multiple clutch rounds, adapts to whatever the heck his team needs him to play, and has an agent pool that spans the whole roster. Tenz is aggressive but sometimes gets hyper aggressive and has a history of choking in tense situations. Kanpeki is fairly new so throwing hate at him is blatantly unfair, he still needs time to settle in. Shahzam...well...uh...I don't need to elaborate do I?

I dunno, it was the first Asian region that came to my mind, but yeah I accept the fact that the comparison was flawed. But comparing it to EMEA, eh seems more or less accurate I suppose.
Sorry if I sound confused, It's morning and I just woke up and I have an exam tomorrow.

every thing in that riot article was "yes we know about this feature but we are not working on it as we have other stuff to work on"
what the heck are you working on riot?...Agents and Maps only don't make this game what it is.
and also there haven't been any New gamemodes for A YEAR...the only thing that you have consistently pumped out are skins.

Valorant is going on the same path as R6 siege...

I somewhat agree...I started watching him like 3 months ago, and he would genuinely meme and have chill vibes, now he bans people for just even mildly criticising him, or even sometimes saying something that he doesn't like even if it is funny. His entire vibe is different now.

but still don't get me wrong, he was still a sellout back then who would tell viewers to constantly sub or prime, but he wasn't as ruthless to non-subs as he is now.

C9 were having an awesome run with this roster, so why the change now?...Xeta was a good player on the team, Curry is good too but the roster changes at this moment, don't make sense.

There's an Indian Team called Orangutan which has a Korean, a Filipino, a Pakistani and 2 Indian Players...and they decimated the RoSA qualifier, so I don't think language barrier is a problem for them, so language barrier won't be that big of a problem in General.

Bro, wtf is your problem?...the tournament destination doesn't matter, I am more concerned about who wins. Stop making a fuss over petty issues like this. And tournament destination has no relation to the performance of a region lmao.

tbf they were the most hyped and most prideful team in the entire vct, they continuously trolled and went up against fans, were really toxic on lan servers( anyone remember g2?) and stuck to their same old strats while the other teams continued to evolve. It is only recently that they have got a new coach after not even having one.
While 100t has always been a somewhat stable team that just needed the right push, and they persevered and made many roster changes and staff changes and now they are seeing the benefits...also, instead of the same old excuses they owned up to their mistakes and tried to improve them, that's why they are still revered and respected and it wasn't that big of a surprise.
The Guard was talked about quite a lot but they are still relatively a new team who came in like a lightning but were slowly analysed and figured out, and they are still finding their footing...they will slowly get back.
