ok new info. It only happens with my main account (the game crashed when I was in the range). I tried logging in with my other account and it worked fine

when I reinstalled the game I uninstalled every file

just tried turning off the internet connection while it is stuck on the loading screen and it didn't work as well

So I'm having a pretty unusual issue. Every time I run valorant the loading page gets stuck in 'the range' so I can't load into the game. I have restarted the computer and it didn't work, also uninstalled riot vanguard and also tried reinstallinging the game and the same error keeps happening and I don't know y. If someone has some idea of what I should do it would be very much appreciated
