Considering that EG is currently rebuilding their team and there's already reported players going to the team (Aproto and YaBoiDre being those players) I doubt EG will do that and with VCT starting soon I doubt an org with already contracted players will drop them for a full roster.

I believe that it's gonna be either CLG or Dignitas picking up this Rise roster, and soon more orgs will come to the scene and pick up rosters from smaller orgs, Akrew and Radiance have really good rosters and any larger team can build a championship team using those players.

I can see CLG, Misfits, Rogue, SK ,Golden Guardians or Flyquest give Valorant a try, or even have orgs like Spacestation Gaming, eUnited and Dignitas returning to the scene

They chose the path that gives money the fastest, halting in it's tracks the growth of the scenes for a quick buck.
This is awfull not just for these scenes but for EU Valorant in general, because if this is happening in the Spain/Portugal/Italy region it can also happen in other VRL's, imagine that in the UK/Ireland/Nordics region they decide to invite only UK orgs and leave 1 spot for the other regions? Everyone would go ballistic

100% true, right now there's no portuguese orgs with Valorant teams wich is ridiculous when there's a ton of good players in the country, same goes for Italy ,a lot of orgs are gonna pull out of Valorant because of this.

Giving a spot to orgs that don't even have valorant rosters is a slap in the face to teams and small orgs who have been in the scene since the beginning.

What 100T needs is an established IGL so they can compete right away, so going to other's regions to get an IGL for the next VCT isn't a bad ideia nor it will destroy the region. There's tons of orgs creating academies, and I believe 100T will soon do the same creating, nuturing there the next generation of pros.

Agreed, besides going hunting for IGL's in other reasons, the other thing 100T can do is try to lure some CS players to Valorant to IGL, Stanislaw would be a decent shout

He hasn't impressed that's for sure..but considering the lack of Igls in NA the choices are scarce for 100T

Dephh probably has a huge buyout clause, plus ec1s is currently orgless so the cost of getting him won't be that high to 100T
