Bro said "tier 2 region" when VAL ain’t even the main FPS game in EMEA yet the region has the most trophies in VAL 😂
Both teams have nothing to lose so I assume both will be trying out stuff so perhaps it goes to map 3
Next week against NaVi hopefully a close game
I'm surprised they haven’t tried the Ange1 Jett
Masters Tokyo is an 12 team tournament
EMEA: 3
Americas: 3
Pacific: 3
Lock In: 1
China: 2
so no there is no LCQ for Masters Tokyo but there is one for Champions
I'd 100% prefer a grand finals with different teams but It's hard for me to imagine a scenario where LOUD or FNC or both aren’t in the grand finals
And take into consideration for that to happen FNC and LOUD would have to lose 2 times since it’s most likely gonna be double elim if it was single elim then I could 100% see a different grand finals happening but with double elim it really reduces the chances imo
True but the way I think
if LOUD vs NRG and FNC vs NaVi are close games and the favourites don’t win it convincingly or the 'underdog' beats the favourite then I believe we'll see a grand final with different teams but if the games are not close then is it really far fetched to assume that there are no teams who can challenge FNC and LOUD? And that the expectations for both of them would be high and anything but the grand finals would be a failure (Regardless of losing to the eventual grand finalist)?
If either one or both don’t make it it to grand finals of Masters and Champions would that be considered a failure (given the player quality)? Or is top 4 for example good enough for LOUD and FNC?
DRX cause they have to play Secret and T1 which shouldn’t be too hard
while FNC has to play NaVi and LOUD has to play NRG both not easy games
And in the playoffs I'd still say DRX
Oh yeah true Derke and Aspas are such underrated players can’t believe NRG didn’t try to get one of them
now they're stuck in Pacific ):
"Said he was better than yay"
oh hell nah you fr take his streams seriously?
Leo owns NRG
Honestly thinking about it you’re onto something I think they wanna avoid 2 EMEA teams in the same group so sending the top 2 seeds to playoffs will avoid that so it could happen
I find it unlikely that they would change it since Riot seem to love the format and with MSI having the same format I don’t see it changing in Tokyo sadly
Doesn’t China's first seed get a bye into playoffs?
Realistically Fnatic vs LOUD (EU bias so FNC wins)
but would love to see DRX vs NaVi (and DRX win)
2-1 NRG
I have a feeling it's gonna be a LOUD win but rooting for NRG solely because if LOUD lose their record would be 7-1
imo Chronicle is the goat in val not only because he's the only player in Valorant with two international trophies but his impact on FNC is insane as well
Every tournament winner is overrated (rightfully so since they're the best team in the world at the time)
and LOUD aren’t underrated 😂
what you smoking?
Yashwatthama "yay" Yadav is an Indian professional Valorant player for DSG, an American electrical sports (e-sports) organisation. He is also known as El Diablo aka the demon because of his mafia connections in his hometown, Haryana.

'see your tweets more than my family' 💀
I don’t think Boaster's aim is ever going to come close to Derke's 😂 but yeah FNC are the only International superteam
LOUD do have Less & Aspas who are top 3 in their roles and imo having a good IGL is also important (look at Sentinels great players but ass IGL) so Saadhak makes it top 3 players in their respective roles so I do think LOUD are an International superteam
So looking at the responses a superteam is a team with players that are at least top 3 (or the best) in their respective roles internationally given that
Are LOUD, FNC and DRX the only superteams at the moment (maybe Sentinels as well)?
they have to win one game to qualify for Tokyo
I highly doubt they'll choke that
Usually in (e)sports when the team loses the coach gets flamed
when the team does well the players get the praise
when EG do well... nvm
The org is cursed
Nothing good happens there
Rob Moore crying right now
"KC>all teams"
that's why I didn’t put them up there they're too good clearly the favourites to win it all
I agree with the PRX one I think them losing to FPX really was the turning point and with C9 the lack of experience for Jake and Runi can make it difficult but I do believe that the c9 core should be able to help them out internationally
so it depends but Liquid seem like the best option considering the players have the experience and the coaching staff seems to be doing a good job but I wouldn’t be surprised if C9 do well despite the lack of experience of Jake and Runi
Liquid, C9 or PRX?
PRX - kinda fell off for couple months but are starting to look like themselves (Something is a very good addition)
C9 - playing good valorant and look like the second best team in Americas
Liquid - probably one of the biggest disappointments at the beginning of the season but now are playing well and actually tier 1 level
high chance we see one of them facing each other in groups at Tokyo
so who looks the most impressive (so far) and you can see doing well at Tokyo?
First his Yoru and now this?
Grandpa is having a good day
Heretics 2-0 KOI
fair enough
but it’s definitely an unpopular opinion her casting is probably one of the best in VAL imo
