Yes, 'innocent until proven guilty' is used in high-profile cases like in court, but it can also apply anywhere when discussing whether someone’s innocent or not.

You're misunderstanding the principle of "innocent until proven guilty." You can search for it on wiki. It doesn't require the accused to prove their innocence, it requires the accuser to prove their accusation. Just because someone chooses not to reveal personal medical information doesn't mean they're guilty of anything. Making assumptions without evidence and treating them as fact is wrong. If the government had found something wrong, they would have acted on it. Until then, baseless speculation isn't needed.
