Among BR,JP and LATAM, an SEA team was the first to ever take a map off an EMEA team. SEA overall is currently better than Japan and even Korea (if we're not counting VS). Nuturn who beat V1 and lost 1-2 to Fnatic got 13-0'd by an SEA team. Considering how popular val is in Asia and the amount of investment being put in, I'm very sure SEA will be a top region soon

About time people acknowledged that minor regions are improving very fast and catching up. Riot is doing an excellent job of making sure val doesn't turn into CS where it's dominated by EU/CIS. I can see regions like BR, LATAM and SEA actually being champions contenders very soon.
