What do you guys think? Personally, I don't think they necessarily "need one" BUT I think a coach will help them out not necessarily micromanage them or change their comps around but just give them more insight into how to beat other developed teams. A person that knows how to vod review efficiently at a pro level and develop the players individually because these young players ego's can mash very easily and create problems. They need someone like Aleks on PRX someone who lets them do whatever they want but still keeps them in line. I think It's a high chance moving forward into challengers they will get a coach just because of this reason, if they don't It might be fine but it might be more riskier..

yeah not sure if rossy wants to go that route since the T2 competition is pretty intense this year especially, but I can see that starting two going far with some good pick ups.

They could sign a bunch of good T2 players to make a really good team or they could lowkey take a huge risk and pick up RANKERS. This doesn't seem like a good decision because the more the teams develop the easier RANKERS get to anti-strat.

Basically, Rossy takes blame for Sen City performance. Says he shut down and wasn't really communicating like an IGL should be doing. He wasn't toxic or anything but he would sigh into mic, not talk, etc when they were losing.

After Sen City, Rossy felt the vibe that C9 basically decided not to move on with him. During RBHG he saw his teammates speaking with Immi and he knew that he was prob the one getting cut.

C9 PLAYERS didn't really give Rossy the chance to change or improve and they were set on removing him after a few matches in a for fun tournament.

Some players wanted to keep him some wanted to remove. there was 1 player who was 50/50.

Got offers from T2 and a Tier 1 team (NOT NA).
