True. Btw you have really good takes.

posted about 2 years ago

True, but TSM took a map off ENVY and XSET weren't looking crisp on the second map against 100T. I think the only challengers 2 team that can challenge these 2 teams are TSM. They have to make quick work of RISE though. Winning against RISE convincingly will give Tsm confidence and momentum. The reason they won Challengers 2 was based off momentum and confidence of doing well in high pressure situations

posted about 2 years ago

Even Hazed said he wasn't feeling good today. Rise and TSM are momentum based teams so if TSM can win map 1, I think they'll start clicking and can beat XSET if this one's not a grinder.

posted about 2 years ago

I don't think XSET are inconsistent.

posted about 2 years ago

They did take a map of NV and if they beat Rise they're gonna use that momentum to beat XSET

Asuna diffing Cned, that's something I like to hear.

LESS gooo. That boy Asuna needs to be on LAN

Sova ez. Man's really a Chad

posted about 2 years ago

I really think KR should get an extra spot. DWG has been really good and it will be bad when they can't make it to LCQ

posted about 2 years ago

Man literally wanted attention and you guys gave it to him. Criticism is good but speaking nonsense is not.

GL Blue bias. I want two new teams to qualify from Brazil, so I have assumed GL do well along with SH who did really well in the challengers. I may be wrong and VKS and Sharks may go through again.

True, that's just great. It will create an excitement to find out the third team that is going to Berlin.

posted about 2 years ago

We do not know that yet as of now. The last time we saw them play a team from another region was SEA. With VCC consisting of other South Asian teams it would be good to see how they match up against them first. Let us not make assumptions about India vs Korea before we play a team from their region. I think people already made a huge mistake in Iceland predictions, so it is better to wait and watch rather than making assumptions.

posted about 2 years ago

Regardless of the Breach buffs, no other region other than Korea seem to be using him as much. Skye is balanced in every region as of now. However Sova still is the go-to initiator in NA especially

posted about 2 years ago

F4Q to Berlin baby!!!!

posted about 2 years ago

Everyone wanted them to be in Iceland. Now that they are in Berlin, we can actually see why they were unbeaten in Korea for such a long time. I think DWG can make it to Berlin after beating Nuturn.

posted about 2 years ago

That's a good comparison. 100m races are what people look forward to and the most exciting. Marathon on the other hand requires a lot of composure and even if you're ahead at first, there's a huge chance that you may not end a marathon at first. Sen as a 100m race is what people want to see. It's much more exciting and when you have such a highly rated player there's a great chance that you're always gonna finish first.

100T, XSET, SEN.

Giving lower bracket excuses does not nullify the fact that Sentinels are Masters 2 winners. Until then stop giving loser excuses. If you really think Acend is good wait for them to prove it on LAN. Or atleast pray that SEN don't make it to Berlin. Until then it is better to keep quiet and watch. In the end they qualified. That's all that matters.

posted about 2 years ago

But he still gets the opening kill most of the time so opponents literally have a 4v5 against TSM. Regardless of whether he entries or not this stat of FK/FD is really impressive. The other person with this much impact was Tenz with a 19/2 FK/FD in the masters 2 finals. Secondly he doesn't die first a lot so TSM can play a 5v5 on post-plant or retake. In most cases, the Jetts usually have a high FD ratio as well because most of them get traded off while entry fragging

posted about 2 years ago

No, I think Vic is gonna be playing Skye with Phoenix dropping in most teams comps'. And with both players playing Skye, their roles would be pretty similar.

In NA nothing is guaranteed. I am sure we will see a lot of surprises. One or two fan favorites can disappoint again

posted about 2 years ago

True. Their current form could be a concern for every team. Envy are definitely a good team and a much better challenge than the teams Tsm have faced so far. It will be good to see TSM back against the big boys one more time.

posted about 2 years ago

Really good adapting by Liquid against VGIA. They're just going against VGIA's strats for them.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah I am wrong dude. The fact that they adjusted so much after their game against Vgia really worked in their favour.

posted about 2 years ago

That's not possible. VAL being a game with a changing meta requires teams to adapt very often. No region or team is going to dominate for a long time. It's gonna be shifting very often.

posted about 2 years ago

I think the main reason for that is team play styles. NA have an aggressive play style that suits them better than EU who rely more on trades than individual gunfights.

posted about 2 years ago

CR crumbled under pressure. I think they're still the best in their region and probably show a better run in Berlin.

posted about 2 years ago

But Fnatic threw a lot in Breeze. They deserved to lose. It just shows that Seangares was right about Eu not sending their best teams to Iceland. Just want to see Gambit, Guild, FPX, Acend or G2 make it to Berlin and not Liquid. Even VGIA would be good. Just want to see some different teams from different regions

posted about 2 years ago

Stop with the bracket excuses. SEN qualified and won, case closed. Now let's talk about Berlin. If EU beats NA well and good for them. If NA beats EU this time as well, then yeah it's better to keep the mouth shut. Gambit, G2, Acend, FPX, Guild and Liquid; those are just some quality teams. If these teams can't beat SEN then nobody can.

posted about 2 years ago

TSM 3-1. They looked damn good against an in form LG side, so this should be a good win for their momentum and confidence.

posted about 2 years ago

Sentinels are always slow starters so Rise may actually take a map of them. SEN 2-1.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah the rankings suck but I think Liquipedia has a better ranking system. Check it out to see where they are in that list

posted about 2 years ago

True but if you see in NA only two or three players flex for the team. Tenz on SEN, Asuna on 100T, Victor from NV all play the primary duelist regardless of map pick. By making them comfortable in their roles teams benefit from the players' confidence to perform their roles well.

posted about 2 years ago

Kekw. Link MVP for sure. Liquid certainly surpassed expectations after their humbling against VGIA. Guess that's what was needed to push them back up.

posted about 2 years ago

Guess so. That's so unfortunate

posted about 2 years ago

They still have an LCQ and they are the points table leaders in EMEA. Definitely not their last map in VCT.

posted about 2 years ago

Dude, my take would be terrible only if Liquid win today. And I am ready to accept I am wrong. If you think it's bait Idk mate. Until then it is better to wait and watch

posted about 2 years ago

I think it is possible but TSM have to stop throwing some rounds. If TSM didn't throw on Icebox I think it would've been a 2-0.

posted about 2 years ago

As of now I think the teams already in the challengers playoffs are the best 4 and TSM can be called top 5 if they continue their impressive run. Vlr rankings don't make sense so taking that into consideration would be foolish.

posted about 2 years ago

If I was an average fanboy then I would have called both these teams trash. FNC beating Liquid makes more sense considering how poor liquid were yesterday. If Liquid comeback from their loss yesterday then it would be really impressive

posted about 2 years ago

IDK mate. V1's run was impressive too but many people wrote it off and called it a fluke. V1 had a lower bracket run after losing the very first game. All the more impressive

posted about 2 years ago

True, they have very good playstyles and speaking about FPX, I think it's finally their time to shine. After being called chokers, now is the time they actually shut out the haters and actually do well.

posted about 2 years ago

You're right. TSM have four tough opponents regardless of their seeding. Winning the first match in the challengers playoffs would be crucial for momentum as well as a gruelling lower bracket. We know that lower bracket runs are tough cause playing two games on the same day is tiresome. So whatever be their seeding, winning the first game would be very crucial.

posted about 2 years ago

If Liquid lose today then their run to masters 2 should be called a fluke just like V1's run because both teams won't be in berlin if Liquid lose today.

FNC 3-0. Boaster and Derke ftw.

I think people in the Valorant community have moved on from it right? Of course he did something really bad but i thought the community really has moved on from that. His image due to the incident will never recover though. See I can see you guys calling SEN fans delusional, but it's only a few. Every team has it's delusional fanboys and we can't move past that. Also us discussing about that here wouldn't make much of a difference

posted about 2 years ago

See, Tenz, Sick, Zombs and Dapr get along with everyone in the VAL community. They have a good rapport with players from different teams. Shahzam doesn't get along with Wardell and some other players from other teams. I don't see Tenz, Sick or Zombs bragging about being the best in the world. Only Shahzam and Dapr sometimes. Now they have become the team to beat in the world. Everyone wants to beat them. And unless they are beaten they cannot be humbled.

True. I can't stand the fact that people in his chat wants him to Q with tenz when he is already playing with someone else. Also I see a lot of his subscribers telling him to ignore the haters but he doesn't and just responds to everything. That's the main reason people hate him. People hate his takes because he has a different response to what chat is actually expecting. Think he needs to keep Subscriber mode on a lot like other streamers who would like to avoid controversy
