I don't want to sound disrespectful but isn't that the point of a elimination match ? or am I not getting a joke ?

Agreed but also i think its because the korean teams entered the tournament with a huge target on their back, every team looks so prepared against them.
Seeing the matches, I think half of the teams have absolutely never played each other. And the remaining teams have scrimmed against each other a lot.
This is the reason i think there were so many upsets in the tournament so far.
If thats the case they are really not taking their shit seriously.
Why did G2 not even try to do something new. Absolutely the same strat they used against SEN and Gambit ; same nukkye on raze playing alone at A trying to create space, they contested mid like 3 rounds and did nothing to check flanks.
Do they feel like the vods of their previous games are not on the internet or something ?
Also nukkye is prolly the top 3 in eu rt now, he is the best on G2.
man i really hope smb to win but damn they inconsistent as fuck
IMO its gonna be tough for them with G2 having a good berlin run. They are high on confidence and morale rt now
Valve really introduced this shitty system at the worst time possible.
I get your point he had an easy pass on a team. Other pros may have troubles finding a good team.
Although if kennys was actively looking for a roster idts he would have trouble finding one.
I do agree with u but i dont blame ppl for calling him overhyped. Our brain dead community just spammed him so much for no good reason that ppl will see him as overhyped
Well Nivera was tier 1 he replaced shox on inferno and misutaa on dust 2. while do agree with u on the latter
idts he was on an active roster when he switched. last i saw him play cs was for evil geniuses
well how is he playing for Team Liquid then
edit: the moron above me said this verbatim before editing : "you dumb bitch he didnt leave vitality"
Not exactly washed more like not in his prime in my opinion
I am not sure if this has been discussed before but i think Nivera switching to valorant is huge deal at least for the EU region. AFAIK he is the only t1 player other than nitr0 who left an active roster and that too of fucking Vitality .
Before u guys go "akshually", I know he wasn't technically on the active roster but at least he was benched and possibly would have played a few matches.
In my opinion it was extremely ballsy of him to do this unlike the other pros like kennys and JW who are playing it safe.
In the end it could actually prove to be the push needed for the one CS gods who are now benched to actually try something new.
