THE PROBLEM WITH SEN AND NA

NA quite literally is the Turkey region, firepower is abundant but there is no focus on the strategical side. SEN are the poster child of this problem along with TSM and 100T. Let me explain my thoughts in 2 simple points.

THE DUNNING KRUGER EFFECT
Just because you out-frag your whole competitive Elo does not mean you will play against five who have the same mechanical caliber similar to you but have the strats and players who peek off of each other rather than just sit by and wait while anticipating their entry to get an ace. For example with SEN no one peeks off of SICK AND TENZ. Why are you not peeking when they have created space? Whereas for example with OPTIC Yay peeks off of victor when he is Chamber and victor peeks off of Yay when is jett and victor is flex, same with C9 TGRD and V1. With Eu teams, you never fight one person alone the trades are lightningfast example GAMBIT ACEND FPX FNC. Trades should be there, if you are not trading off of your teammates why are you playing in pro play? ARE YOU THAT BAD OR JUST THAT DELUSIONAL THAT YOU CAN WIN EVERY CLUTCH WITH YOUR GOD LIKE AIM AND GET A CLIP.
Coming back to NA as a whole we just think we are the best, the ego not only of the player but the supporters is so huge it is honestly embarrassing. We only have one lan trophy that too when VALORANT as pro play was in it's genesis but now the regions have caught up ability usage, aim, strats have gradually expanded while we are still in the world of clip farmers and think we will one day win champions

THE OPERATOR JETT DEPENDENCY AND LACK OF GOOD SUPPORT PLAYERS
I am not an OP hater neither I hate jett for that disgusting dash, but really that one dash gives only one person on your team a get out of jail free ticket, when he saves his life your team has to step up. As maps like bind and split are becoming more popular you have to expand your teams agent pool. Also what about the support and flex agents, have we forgot this game has 4 classes and 5 players. Teams like fnc, gambit, fpx, liquid and all EMEA teams have god tier support agent, lurkers, clutch players and flex players. NATS, CHRONICLE, NUKKEYE, AVOVA, BRAVEAF, MISTIC, PAURA, ZEEK, BONECOLD, LINK, NIVERA just to name a few. They out frag their duelist and are they main focus of their region while we just sit for our jett to get that operator clip.
Regarding sen they have no protocol for jett entry. ZOMBS is totally not coordinated with the entry fraggers of his team no flex to support. YOU HAVE TO ENTRY INTO THE SITE TO GET THE WIN ON ATTACK HALVES. This pressures TENZ and other operator jetts to pick up the op and try to force their way onto a site and the other teams are prepared for that. THE JETT OP IS GODD BUT IT WON'T CARRY YOUR TEAM TO FINALS OF CHAMPIONS.

I am not a SEN fanboy nor do i hate or love any NA team blindly for a single bad tourney but i do want to some good games, like the games they play in EMEA. The pick'ems this time were heartbreaking for both EMEA AND NA but for completely different reasons. EMEA HAD TOO MANY OPTIONS MAKING ME QUESTION WILL MY FAV TEAMS MAKE IT OUT, BUT FOR NA IT WAS AS SCREAM SAID "PREDICATABLE". ALSO I DO NOT WANT TO CONDONE ANY HATE TOWARD ANY PRO PLAYER. There might be more problems with NA please fell free to share what you think

move around asuna and ethan to whatever role fits best
Trying to be as unbiased as possible here: hiko isn't the biggest problem on 100T right now, hes a solid sova player and theres not that many of those not already on T1 teams. Hiko's playstyle can always be changed to what fits the team best. For me whether or not hiko should stay on the team comes down to

how drastically 100T want to change their roster
what he brings to the team in the server that we dont see in stats and
if some crackhead sova were on the market (like trent potentially)

What are they doing right now? I know it is a tourney for practice and you dont show your strats, but what are they doing by making basics wrong. Everyone positions themselves mindlessly. How many times have we seen a player dying without even realising. They dont check fuckin corners. They give away free ult orbs.
Just change the coach man. Jovi was better off analyst. These csgo big name players with big egos.
Bend your back and start putting work in the game.
Or just you know, leave the game like nitr0, by destroying 4 players careers.
Who in the right mind shifts the game, when they recently decided to layoff their igl. Mindless, just have your baby, get some free time and shift games.
Ethan is the biggest dissapointment transfer from csgo, so call na best just doesnt even half oerform to his name. We can name ten better players than him, who worked their ass off to improve. Look at leaf and xeppa, they are on the same level as ethan, they put their back in and adapted and we can see results.
Hiko man, i am a fan of his, but that mf just need to put his ego aside amd accept that he is also destroying career of asuna like nitro, by staying too long, till point of no return.
I feel sad for asuna rn😢😢 man carried his best. If i a.m him, i would just tell oldies to stop slacking or just fucking leave 100T.
No academy roster yet, for a team who has 3 league rosters. Just stop sucking butts of league and invest in val. No first class coach, no discipline. Everyone fuckig has priorities other than having a month long bootcamp while rebuilding. Just had enough with this team now. I will give it another cycle of masters and fuckin start supporting teams who work hard and show results.
