yes in the sense of a double elimination vs elimination bracket it absolutely makes sense but not only is the viewing experience worse, we cannot really tell who the better team is. When considering the whole tournament, 1 map advantage is good but in the overall head to head matchup, it is too unfair to the lower bracket team.
