ive never watched T2 na much before challenger but i will have to say i think there are better duelist them him mechanically. but his impact on his role is 2nd to none compared to any other duelist in the T2 scene.

I will say we have not seen someone as good on the op since prime cned. so on that i don’t think he is overrated since he plays the game completely unique with his own style. I don’t think it’s right to even compare these players to the players like derke/aspas as they play the game completely different in a completely different style. So i think the hype is good but comparing them to players who have consistently been at the top is insane.

i think they’re good just the consistency is my issue i worry as soon as they run into a hot team they will crack. EDG is 50/50 for me (i feel like just their experience can get them a win over EDG)

no way sayf is gonna be able to do anything he has in EMEA to EG. That team knows they need to shut him down. I genuinely think the only teams EG loses to is Loud.

i think he uses his utility almost perfectly the same as leo, both are so incredible at always using their util for maximum advantage in a round. I don’t understand how you can take anything away from either as they both have proven they deserve to be as highly rated as they are. I don’t think optic will would have been nearly as good with anyone else in crashies role though.

that team was cut way to short, i’d like to think of it as they were underrated compared to what that roster could have been.

M3C/GAMBIT d3ffo might be in china now but man his prime was incredible, i’ve played many matches vs that core and that was easily the best team i’ve ever faced.

FNS = BOASTER i mean these guys have been the best igls in the game since they started playing. Both setup players incredibly well.
Crashies = Leo both are considered the best in their role in their region.
Chronicle > Victor 2X for a reason bro is incredible also CIS bias.
the last one makes no sense to compare but career wise they’re pretty similar i would say mechanically alfa but s0m* energy is unmatched.

well if loud would have won icebox you wouldn’t have to debate them being #2…. i’m sorry but you can’t put a team that lost the biggest game of the year so far above the team that beat them… we will see after this event.

if liquid didn’t lose to teams that a t2 americas team could beat i would consider moving them up, but all it takes is one bad game from sayf and it’s over. Not saying the rest of the team can’t perform but i really can’t see liquid beating a team like EG that would make sayf useless.

liquid had a good series against the best team in the world on an off day, im sorry but fnatic have shown all year that they are the best team in the world.

just to add to what i said i do think EG is good enough to be #4 over NRG because of how hot they are. but i can’t put them over PRX with something considering it’s a legit counterstrat to how EG plays. I think NRG / PRX / EG are all very very similar

#1 FNATIC - you cannot put loud over them considering they have looked near flawless all year.

#2 LOUD - would be #1 if not for…. also less has a chance to show hes the best player in the world at this event.

#3 NRG - Has the potential to be the #1 team in the world if they can fire on all cylinders. also FNS is the best igl in the world atm.

#4 PRX (something) - no team has faced this playstyle, adding something legit makes this team impossible to predict.

#5 EG - giving them the edge over liquid after seeing how dominant they have looked, every player is performing extremely well. Potter and Boostio masterclass. Also demon1 is NAs future.

#6 Liquid - EMEA champs, they have the fire power, they have the experience, and they have SAYF. Only a bit worried about the consistency.

#7 DRX - still a great team just lacking the it factor. I dont think foxy9 was ready for this, but can be proven wrong of course.

#8 FUT - interchangeable right now with DRX but i feel like DRX gets the edge just for the international exp and T1 exp they have. again we will see soon.

#9 EDG - If any team can do the impossible it's them. I have them over T1 just for the simple fact of Kang Kang. But i do think T1 are the better team (i just want an edg miracle run)

#10 T1 - beat EDG and you wont be here. I also would like to say these last 4 teams are all interchangeable at the moment and NAVI most likely will be a top 8 team heading into champions if they pick a real comp.

PRX also has a style of play none of those regions have faced, look what just happened to NAVI stunned by a team with a playstyle so different than what they’re used to playing..

you play those maybe on 2 maps in ranked, and you honestly don’t even need to play them on those at any rank. and in a team setting obviously you know all the util you need already/timing. Your duelist dosent shoot back you lose %80 of the time in both settings.

Must be the best feeling in the world popping off in front of those fans on jett (not sure if it’s the entire duelist role or mainly her) no other region idolizes that role like japan so i can imagine if someone like demon1/KK/aspas/derke starts going insane in playoffs they will skyrocket in japanese fans. (already seen this with demon1)

if you play meta comps in LCQ it should be a walk no other team is even close to NAVI in terms of firepower in EMEA LCQ. don’t stress 2 much my friend.
