Kill and death contribution are worth the same (just different in + and - values) for the same scenario. eg dying in a 1v1 situation is rated for example -0.5 (remember its not im just giving an example) and killing someone in a 1v1 scenario is worth 0.5. Only death gives a negative value btw.
kill contribution: Fights where there is player differential is even (5v5s, 1v1s, etc.) are worth the most. When u have player disadvantage and u get kills, ur rated higher therefore kills in clutch situations are rated high. Kills in player advantages arent rated as high. Trades within 3 seconds arent considered high for the person who trades (i dont agree with this personally), but trades higher than 3 are rated higher. Kills u get with a lower eco gun is high, kills u get against lower eco gun is rated low. After the round ends, kills u get are rated extremely low. Each kill in different scenarios are rated high or low so not every kill u get will be as worth as the other.
Death contribution: Basically the exact opposite of kill contribution, dying in a 5v5, 3v3 etc will negatively impact you. Being traded (which is dying in 3 seconds) doesnt rate u as low, dying to a vandal when u have a shireff doesnt rate u as low, etc.
APR: Assists are straightforward in the formula. APR is its own statistic that is thrown into the algorithm.
ADRa: Basically (total damage + kill damage)/rounds. I'm not sure how much this is worth
SurvivalRating: Basically survive the round please, if u save and its a good gun like rifles ur rated higher, surving with a eco gun isnt rated as high
The kill contribution and death contribution are weighted more heavily than APR, ADRa, and Survival Rating when combined to create a single rating, but they all play a significant role. The bell curve distribution of player ratings was also adjusted to be centered on a mean of 1.0 with statistical deviations about the same as other popular rating systems like HLTV's 2.0 rating for CS:GO. (i dont get the last bit, but im assuming they are tryna say they create a standard of a player rated 1 and each player in game is based on that)

edit: i made an error for adra, basically its the total amount of damage given - the amount of damage from kills. This is basically tryna imo i could be wrong say how much value ur damage is to the game and basically, did u finish of low health opponents, did u get damage with abilities, did ur damage lead to assits. This was made so they didnt have a repeat of kill contribution.
