Full flashes definitely. Otherwise you would most likely be half-blinding both your teammates and the enemies which would completely nullify the effects. Also you most preferably shouldnt be "initiating a fight" against more than 2 enemies at once because of their sheer refrag and individual pop-off potential. You should rather cut executes in smaller zone where you can fight the least amount of enemies most effeciently to guarantee you and your team the upper hand on trades. In defence if youre fighting for map control via executes for example you should be smoking or cutting off all the deep parts where your flashes or other teammates util wont reach.
