I dont think u understand making playoffs doesnt mean ur a better team than a team not making it. If the top 3 teams are in 1 group, one of the top 3 is gonna get grouped. Doesn't mean that team is worse than another team that had a very easy group and farmed Chinese teams. TL was playing WITHOUT their IGL, can even say their top 2 player and almost beat the Toronto winner. TL wouldve defeated SEN and maybe even G2. The EMEA teams were better quality, stop spouting nonsense.

TL were playing with a sub and were very very close to beating PRX. TH were just shit at the event, no doubt. NA-China were the worst regions in Toronto, then EMEA. 'Only 1 team went to playoffs', well its easy enough if u go against all the Chinese teams. The quality of EMEA teams were better than NA's. SEN making playoffs cuz of Chinese teams doesn't mean they'd be able to beat TL. There's multiple teams in EMEA that are very competitive.
