theres no real divide between tier 1 and tier 2, and its based on points, like a +/- system.
so if MITH, lets say won 3 games and RRQ lost 3 games, and MITH'S points went from 1860-1920, and rrq went down from 1940-1870, then there would be a change in ranking
i think there should be a clear indication that a team is tier 1 or 2, cause obviously beating bleed is better than beating current SaD esports
