Then this reply where you choose to die on the hill and even accuse experienced coaches of 'jealously'', proceeding to throw away any good will I had for you. You're taking the criticism personally/emotionally and that's inherently something which makes you a bad fit for the role.

Yeah getting ghosted sucks, but that's just how it is nowadays when applying for jobs. You have to be able to admit when you're wrong, and that as I previously said is most likely a key quality to have as a coach/analyst.
To me it's horrible that multiple coaches actually did take time out of their day to read and constructively critique your document, just for you to spit all over that with this reply.

I really disagree with what you say for EMEA (it's also exactly what we have rn)

EMEA is lacking: A German org, a CIS org (NAVI is less keen on picking up non Ukrainian CIS talent, so they are effectively an EU org) and a MENA org

I think a lot can be attributed to his win in 2021

NA CS was dying (some might say already long dead even) and Valorant was the first FPS game to challenge CS in a long time, so there was definitely a hole in the NA FPS esports scene.

The sinatraa controversy drew a lot of eyes to the team and org, who were still pretty successful prior, I think that initial controversy is what gave SEN that initial interest that carried on further.

Then TenZ came along, he was already decently big in the scene since he was the first Radiant in NA. He played on C9 but a lot of attention was drawn to him when he pretty much announced his retirement, only to later be picked up to SEN as a sub.

Those three things combined made SEN an interesting team to watch going in to Masters 2, Valorant's first international event.
But what really gave him (and SEN) his popularity was his insane performance at Masters 2, going undefeated without dropping a map.

Oh yeah one more thing, everyone was stuck at home indoors due to the pandemic so viewership in general was thriving, that was also definitely a factor.

I've had a superlight, the viper v2 pro and now I have the Lamzu maya X

it heavily depends on your preferred shape, for me the superlights hump was way too pronounced, for the v2 (i guess this wont apply to you) the hump was non existent which led to inconsistency. The maya X is perfect for me. I'd take a look at it at least

you just gotta accept that you have some sort of weakness which is holding you back, you just gotta try identify it and work on it
yeah for some games it'll be out of your control but if you're good enough to be a higher rank, you will be (assuming you play enough)

I think 5-6 slots (after counting ascension) is fair enough. (Look at Americas and NA teams for example)
obviously a league is even better. But if you absolutely HAD to for some reason, 5-6 slots should be perfectly fine

it's a pointless conversation to have anyways, since as I said, it's too late to change anything
