let's change the last 3 and look how differently it would go.

1 DRX = vs. LEV
2 G2 = vs. SEN
3 TE = vs. FNC
4 TH = vs. EDG

I'm not gonna do it for all, but this would mean 2 NA teams (americas) playing R1 UB, and rest is cross continental, which means that Elimination Games will have high chance of regional matchups and that is boring as hell.
Imagine SEN and LEV and/or FNC TH lose R1 UB and they play each other in R1 LB. Elimination matches are the most hype and you don't want a boring matchup, that you have seen multiple times in a single Season.

you can't trust a most of the time, when the classic is not accurate at this point. I've dropped a raze, that was flying at me midair with satchels with 1 classic right click (double hs) and sometimes it just doesn't hit once with 4 right clicks (full mag).
