like for example flashes, now flashes have to be actual perfectly timed. smokes can be done easily by others, if you just call it.

no, igls have to call hits and intiator util needs to be timed well so it helps when the person calling has control of the "main" piece of util. in a perfect world, your igl has to be an initiator.
