Here we go again... You are literally saying IGLs are fake and useless. Why would you accept a Job as an IGL when you suck at this Job and need assistance? Someone here even said they need a Coach in pauses to sort things but isn't this the Job of the Leader/IGL? I always thought it's the IGLs Job to tell his Mates what they have to do or how to deal with problems. According to this logic you don't need an IGL in this Game if you practise enough. You do the shit you practised and if it doesn't work you use your Coach Joker kekw. So why Teams look for an IGL?

Who says which "shit you practiced" you are gonna do? You need an IGL to call the shots. Who says things like "rotate" in the middle of the game? Can't be the coach, gotta be the IGL. Some teams have an IGL and no coach (old SEN).

The idea is it's a team game, somebody's gotta call the shots. You can't have one player start to rotate or multiple people calling different things, one saying to do this and one saying not to. You have the IGL to call the shots for everyone so everyone is on the same page.

Based on curry, pwny, and seven’s tweets, it seems like they didn’t know. MikesHD (old Envy coach) said that the coach cant type in team chat, meaning he had to be messaging them some other way, maybe by whispering or something.
