but he doesn't have the impact that the other 2 duelists have on their teams... g2 without jawgemo would still be a very good team tbh
that’s because of how g2 play, I think jaw would have better stats on a team like sen. not 100% tho of course cause that hasn’t happened. Hes def a good fit for g2 and brings some more creativity to the attack side.
jawgemo didn’t have better stats on eg 23, and he didnt have better stats on eg 24 either. so there’s no reason to believe he'd magically have better stats on other teams when he’s never shown that before
Fair enough ig but he has a very good impact on g2 and on the teams he’s played. He does a good job on entry and decent on defense. Hes an all around good player mechanically that brings up the vibe emotionally
?? sen system relies on duelist performance thats why their util is used heavily to help zekken
put jawg there hed obviously have better stats than the fill-your-role system g2 uses

Cryo and keznit are beasts, but they need to show something on the international stage. Duelist is not only about colossal frags, but also about squeezing space. And jawgemo's skills in this were one of the reasons for eg's victory at Champions
Jawgemo probably the best most flexible duelist out there. Can play all duelist agents fairly well.

Yeah I am making an arguement for his good Raze. His Raze was bad because it wasnt in meta so they switched. Nobody plays Raze unless they are forced to cause of the shallow duelist pool
jawgemo is easily a top 3 duelist. very easily. insane how people still underrate him
his flexibility is one factor; he has shown he can play almost every duelist with a good level, except maybe his jett who isnt this great and might be his worst agent (somehow hes the opposite of a jett one trick lol). he has really good entry stats and plays, never overheats and wait for util timings and combos, consistently takes good space for the team, and also sometimes pulls flashy plays to flex. i guess his awping could be better? but idk what you could possibly want more from him
and theres just no one else in his level. zekken and aspas are the others on my top 3. you can say cryo but cryo is a certified baiter + can't play main solo duelist and entry if his life depends on it (only on jett). keznit still crumbles a bit on key moments. mada have shown potential but might need a better team. the rest is the rest
its not even an underrate they just dont understand that G2 dont need a star duelist to frag out heavy n carry when the team is so drilled. hes not their win con bcos the teams overall performance is just everyone shooting and winning with team work. and last year on EG he was needed to frag out hard to win really. they got far with icy they dont need someone to stand out. jawg just has way more experience
yeah and he does sometimes carry and have the flashy plays. he just doesnt need to do it much because his team can hold things better. idk what he needs to do to be recognized atp
If you’re just looking at stats, then yeah, it could be cryo #3, but G2 doesn’t rely on their duelist to top frag and clutch. Leaf, Trent, and Valyn can all do that, and jawgemo has been the tip of the spear for them. Just different perspectives on how to utilize your duelist
I’d say in the current meta, yes zekken is a better yoru than jaw for sure. But jawgemo not even top 3 duelist in americas? I would say he’s top 5 duelist itw, hands down.
