Riot gives out API access if you want to apply for it (https://www.riotgames.com/en/DevRel/valorant-api-launch). I haven't used them personally, but there are some unofficial APIs out there,

Update: the official API doesn't have real time data endpoints about the games, any API u guys know? If not I guess I'd have to create my own using vlr.gg
