Liverpool has a pretty good atmosphere for a top club
Check legia warsaw fans but in Poland there is a lot of drugs and mafia going with clubs. Wisla Kraków is run by mafia group for example. Polish fans like to beat other and they hate all officials (UEFA, FIFA) often singing bad things about everybody they dont like (refferees, polititians and other). Big missunderstanding is that Polish football fans are racist. They are not ive been to Żyleta couple of times and even saw some black,brown even asian people (they are rare like 1 in 10,000) but they were never misstreated and fun fact in the middle of Żyleta there can be only men. Every game some women are kicked from middle setion of Żyleta. In short a lot of marijuana, mafia and tommorow morning your throat will be sore but its great experience.
In terms of crazinness turks win it for me. Ive never been to Istambul but my father did (also big fan) and everyone there is fan of some club (trabzon, besiktas, galata, basekhesir) games ending up with stabbing or fan kills himself after loss. Thats fucking crazy. Similar in balkans (serbia etc.)
I know a lot of germans come to games but are they really that dedicated?

If you see a chileno team playing theres 90% chance some chileno fan will say slurs, call players monkeys, throw bananas at the camp etc. Some ppl are not even scared that they record doing it and post it in their Instagram "flexing" (but yes against us i think its more "normal")
