do stretches before you even start, to avoid injuries and increase blood flow that you can move your aim better. After every match, I stand up and rest for 5 minutes.

wrist pain started when i was first grinding, it got unbearable and to the point where i had to go get it checked out, stopped playing valorant for like 7 months, came back wrist pain is gone (I play 0.52 800 now, I used to play 0.32 800 but it still makes my wrist kinda hurt.)

it started around 3 - 4 weeks after playing like 8 - 10 hours a day, once it came it became uncomfortable when playing so it pretty much became unbearable instantly.

they dont strain their wrists hard by gripping the mouse lightly and making sure they get in proper wrist stretches. I used to wrist aim and i started dealing with minor carpal tunnel. I arm aim now and ive never looekd back
