3 days ago,i played aim labs for 1 hour and 30 mins straight (valorant ascent microflex)
After the first 50 mins,i started feeling tired in my hand, but i continued playing for another 40 mins
After that,i went to sleep and i didnt feel anything that night, but since i woke up until now,i feel so uncomfortable in my wrist. Its not pain, and it doesnt affect my hand in regular activities whatsoever,it just feels weird and its like i feel my hand more than im supposed to feel it.
I searched up on the internet and i read about things like carpal tunnel syndrome, while i dont think thats what i have after seeing how serious hand injures can be im genuinely scared and dont know what to do
Has anyone ever experienced something like this?I have a doctor appointment today but i just cant think about anything else and the fact i have no idea how bad this is makes me so scared and anxious i have no idea what to do

Bro the carpal tunnel syndrome is not something you get like that, your hand would fucking hurt at any movement

first, don't panic. whatever happen, panic will make everything worse. relax, and go to doctor

Hey man actually physiotherapist here,
nothing major has happened from what you've said and i can basically take it down to two things you may have done.
1) something called DOMS basically you've used your muscles a lot and they are recovering
2) grade 1 strain basically you've done a tiny tear on a cellular level between muscle fibers doesn't hurt or affect just makes you feel weak.

either case you'll be fine and recovery is normally 2 days - 2 weeks max

most likely to be DOMS

this;

i would bet more on the first one as you would have needed to be a bit of a savage with the movements to get a strain but still could be; dont panic and dont worry

its just like when you go to the gym and the next day you feel all sore and shit from muscle stress

I felt this sometimes too whenever I aim trained on aimlab or dm. So i stopped doing it regularly and aim-trained for less time only.

in addition to the comment i've made, i would recommend you guys dont try and start putting in countless hours out of the blue into aim labs/kovaaks; if anything, do it progressively and make sure that you stretch out your wrist and hand properly so that you avoid injuries.
i would recommend you stay off from the game for a few days until your wrist/hand feel better.
Here I leave a link to some exercises you can do on a daily that will help you GREATLY: Hand+Wrist exercises for Gamers

Just go to a doctor and do some wrist warm ups in the future prior to aimlabs. After you've gone to the doctor and got the problem sorted, take stock of this event, treat it like a learning opportunity and come out on top next time my king :)

For the people that wants to improve their aim, dont over do it suddenly. I mean not to do ~2hours of aim pracc from day 1. Pracc your aim slowly (day 1 = pracc for 30 mins, day 2 = pracc for 45 min). I got the same pain in my wrist after started playing osu! in day 1 (I played for 3 hours or so cuz I cant stop). It took me a week to get the pain off

I experienced something like this, doing aimlabs for like 1hrs and 30 mins won't get you results. And if you do play aimlab, just focus on 10 mins there. then go valo and warmup for 10 mins, Is what I do everyday. Also, mental helps and so does productivity. I do the best when its aroung night time 8pm to 1pm.
