Phoenix buff

Phoenix (like Reyna and Yoru) cannot use movement to create space as efficient as Jett, Neon or Raze. His kit is not movement based, therefore it needs to be buffed with space taking in mind. Heres my approach to this buff, let me know how you would buff Phoenix.

Wall - make it like Viper's... Still lasts the same, still damages the same but can go through the walls to instantly deny the vision of the opponents
Flash - 1,1second is so garbage, it needs to last at least 2 seconds, not to be pushed away from meta by flashing aggressive initiators (Skye and KAYO) just for that one reason
Molly - Make it so Phoenix can toss a molly from a bigger distance to have more safety when clearing angles (binded to the left click) and keep the way molly currently falls after a second (binded to the right click) & still recharges after 2 kills
Ultimate - make it last 2 or 3 more seconds, but increase the amount of orbs, kills or deaths it takes to charge it to 7

Honestly, unless a duelist is movement-based, it's just not going to be viable in the current meta as there is no way to create space.
Unless the meta changes, these agents (except yoru since he kinda has moevement with his tp) will not become meta no matter the buff. (unless its completely op in that case it would just be abuse of an unbalanced agent.)

These agents are all very easily countered with either a sage or a chamber as the slows completely cripple non-movement agents as space makers

Indeed, however, these non movement based duelist (include Yoru here, but 100% agree with your take) could be balanced in a way where their biggest advantage would be the surprise factor thay is created by tossing out your utility fast which would create a lot of momentum and take away space from enemies in a quick manner, making counters obsolete.

In example of Phoenix, it would work like, you toss a molly from a far, wall of half of the site, clear half, flash through the wall and clear the other half of a site behind a wall with teammate's help.

Personally, I see this as the only way to make these kind of agents viable and not replaceable easily by aggressive initiators. I'm glad you brought it up.

This is a fair take, but without the buff there's no way to fully know and I think it would be worth exploring

My opinion on changes for him

Wall - Fair enough, maybe make it a little longer as well
Flash - I would aim for making the flash a little faster instead of more powerful, or else he'd be more of an initiator rather than a duelist
Molly - Maybe increase the amount of health it heals him, because honestly the molly only heals him 60 which is only an extra shot or two that he survives, also maybe increase the aoe.
Ultimate - Honestly the Ultimate is the only part of his kit that works well, it's not overshadowed by any other abilites/ults (like his default abilities are) and it's still so scary to face it as an opponent and he gets like every few rounds.

Wall - Maybe make the wall blocks bullets or reduce bullets damage to make him create space easier.
Flash - His flash is very easy to dodge maybe make it a little faster like omen's tp.
Ultimate - Give his armor back when he died

Wall - Change it too a dome like an omen smoke which can be thrown with health working same as a sage wall(low first , stronger later)
OR
Make it like some kind of Fireskates to increase his movement speed for 5 seconds
Flash - Increase the curve distance so you dont flash yourself or the team and can flash from a farther distance/reverse flash. Also increase duration to 1.5 seconds
Molly - Instead of making it recharge for 2 kills change it too 30-45 seconds.
Ultimate - Best part of playing phnx only change needed would be relocating the respawn spot when pressing x on a different spot after ulting so that the phoenix can atleast gain the space if the opponents run away and would also prevent by getting knifed by lurkers cause my dumb team dont watch my body.
