Since LOUD is coming from upper bracket, do they get any advantage in finals? Maybe just first pack/ban?

Apparently not. Teams coming from the upper bracket should always have a 1-0 lead. Hopefully Riot will look into it in the future.

idk in a game like val a whole map is quite an intense advantage. I think maybe more bans/more decision in maps somehow is more realistic

Maybe when we have 10+ maps in the pool. Right now I think Riot should just copy what CSGO does format wise.

no they removed that a long time ago ever since they had enough maps to play in BO5s. A map advantage is absolutely a terrible way to do a finals cause its waaaaaaay too big of a handicap for the opponent team especially when it comes to getting unlucky brackets, it also doesnt show who the better team is very well. The better thing to do is advantage with 2 map vetos back to back which im pretty sure the winners get, i think they also get first map pick

Nope, and this has happened every tournament.

The only "advantage" that the upper team gets is that they get to rest 1 more day

if im not mistaken the last finals i saw the upper bracket winners get to do 2 map vetos and a map pick right off the bat so that is quite a good advantage if that is the case. Dont quote me on that though thats just from memory
