Istanbul for Masters?

Riot already has a office there and there is esport venues where they can host crowds + CIS teams can come

ratio + delhi better

I think it would be cool, better than another western european place

not possible due to time zone

CIS teams can include 1 Turkish player in the roster and compete in VLR:Turkey. I don't think Masters will be in Istanbul.
