Not entirely, since there are non-radiants that havent been shown in the teaser clips like Brimstone.

Only agents with mechanical components have been shown

I doubt they will make an agent that targets only about half of the agents. I imagine that if they're doing it on purpose, it will be only for the lore and nothing that will be relevant in-game

Pretty sure all of those agents in the teaser are the agents that were sent to detain the blackmailer.

Neon, Breach, Cypher and Sova were deployed as a ground team to locate the blackmailer alongside KAY/O and Chamber supporting from distance.

Pretty sure the new Agent has some sort of nightmarish abilities that can trail and blind enemies.
